We start by understanding your project goals, concerns, and priorities. Basically what we need to be most prepared for an in person meeting.

We’ll be discussing what’s critical for the client and what’s needed from a contractor to be excited to move forward. Next we will discuss the project and what the vision is for the renovation followed by how Enerclear can provide the expected finished product you want, walking through things like colour choices, timing and what comes next in our process.

We plan to sit down together in person and present a simple and clear proposal. This document is a direct result of our previous conversations where we discussed exactly what the project priorities are and what the scope of work covers. It's designed to formalize those discussions into a straightforward action plan and discuss what happens next.

Once the proposal has been approved, we can immediately move into the next phase: finalizing your exact colour selections securing all necessary materials for your project. We will also establish a clear timeline for when the work will officially begin.

We handle permits, measurements, material logistics, and provide any homeowner preparation details. You’ll also meet our project manager.

Our skilled team will complete your project with care, communication, and daily site cleanliness.

Before the project is considered complete, we conduct detailed quality-control inspections to ensure everything meets our standards and matches the scope of work originally discussed.

We walk the project with you, review all completed work, answer questions, and provide your warranty package along with final project documentation.
