EnerClear was founded on a simple belief: that Calgary homeowners deserve a contractor who takes the full picture seriously. Not just the most visible problem, but the whole exterior system. That belief shapes every project we take on.
Sean Bradley has spent decades working with Calgary’s homes. He started learning exterior construction the way most people do (through the work itself, one project at a time) in a city that makes no apologies for what it puts buildings through.
Calgary’s climate teaches you things no classroom covers. Hail that dents aluminum in a single storm. Freeze-thaw cycles that find every gap in a wall assembly and slowly pull it apart. Chinooks that can push temperatures 20 degrees in an afternoon, expanding and contracting materials that weren’t designed to flex that much. Sean has seen what happens to an exterior that wasn’t built for these conditions, and he’s spent decades building ones that are.
EnerClear grew from that experience. Not as a franchise or a volume operation, but as a small company committed to doing exterior renovation the right way. Sean is involved in every project. Not as a figurehead, but as the person who set the standards and still holds the team to them.
That’s what “Earning Trust, Transforming Homes” means in practice. It means Sean would rather take fewer projects and do them properly than grow fast and compromise. It means the crew that installs your siding is the same crew that installs siding in Mount Royal, in Altadore, in every neighbourhood EnerClear serves. The standard doesn’t change based on the postal code.
Every homeowner who hires EnerClear is trusting more than a company name. They’re trusting the people who show up. Here’s who that is.

Luke manages the build from permit to final walkthrough. He’s the person responsible for keeping your project on schedule, keeping the site organized, and keeping you informed throughout. If something unexpected comes up mid-project, Luke is the one who flags it before it becomes a problem.
Jason’s role is simple: make sure the work is right before it’s considered done. He reviews installations at each critical stage, not just at the end. His attention to detail is one of the main reasons EnerClear’s finished projects hold up the way they do.
These are not marketing words. They’re a commitment that every person on the EnerClear team understands and is accountable to.
Our standard has three parts. We address the full picture, not just the surface problem, but the system underneath it. We hold the work to a level that lasts, not just on the day we finish, but for the decades after. And we care about how the finished exterior looks, not only how it performs. Those things are not in tension with each other. They're the same standard, applied to every element of the project.
Calgary homeowners who choose EnerClear are making a meaningful investment. They deserve a team with the depth of experience to handle it the way they would handle it themselves.
That’s the commitment.
EnerClear doesn’t show up with a predetermined solution. We assess your full exterior, document what we find, and present our recommendation with the evidence behind it. You understand exactly what we’re addressing and why, before you agree to anything.
The same team that assesses your home builds your project. EnerClear does not use rotating subcontractors or day-labour crews. Your production lead and installation team are the same people from permit to walkthrough.
You will hear from EnerClear when something happens and when it’s relevant. You will not need to send follow-up emails to find out where your project stands. That’s a basic expectation that too many contractors fail to meet. We don’t.
EnerClear has completed exterior transformations across Calgary, in established communities where homes have history, where craftsmanship is visible from the street, and where the standard of work reflects on the neighbourhood itself.
